CHRISTMAS DELIVERY SCHEDULE
- Last Order Date Before Christmas: Orders must be placed by 12:00pm on Monday, 23rd December to be dispatched before our Christmas break.
- Orders After This Time:
- • Orders placed after 12:00pm on 23rd December will be dispatched on Monday, 30th December.
- • Orders placed after 12:00pm on 30th December will be dispatched when we reopen on Thursday, 2nd January.
- Click and Collect:
- • Available until 5:00pm on Friday, 20th December.
- • Service will resume on Thursday, 2nd January.
Please plan your orders accordingly to avoid delays during the holiday season.

- All orders over £150 automatically qualify for FREE Next Working Day Courier delivery.
- Available only for consumer orders placed on our end-user website section.
Dispatch Times & Working Days
On working days, orders received by 5:00pm for Royal Mail and 4:30pm for our courier service are dispatched the same day (subject to stock availability).
Orders received after these times, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched on the following working day.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery - £3.99 inc. VAT
- Available for orders under 1kg and valued below £75.00, otherwise, Courier Next Working Day delivery applies
- Aims to deliver next working day, including Saturdays.
- This is a non-trackable, non-recorded service.
Please note: Royal Mail considers a parcel lost after 10 working days past the due date. Please contact us if your goods have not arrived after 11 days.
DPD Local Next Working Day - £7.99 inc. VAT
- Delivered Monday to Friday up to 6pm with tracking available online
- Order by 4:30pm (excluding public holidays) for next working day delivery
Pre 10:30am, Pre Noon, and Saturday Deliveries
- Depending on your location and order time, courier delivery can be upgraded to timed and Saturday options.
- Specific upgrade costs are calculated at checkout.
CLICK & COLLECT
We offer a Click & Collect service from our office in Thornaby. Please follow these steps to use this option:
Step 1: Select Click & Collect at Checkout
We aim to process collect-in-store orders the same day where possible. Please allow a minimum of one hour for processing.
Step 2: Collect from our Thornaby Office
Collection is from our main reception at the Thornaby office. Please bring proof of ID, such as a driving license or credit/debit card.
Collection Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 - 16:00. Orders placed over the weekend will be ready collection on Monday morning.
We hold orders for 14 days. If you can’t pick up within this period, please contact our Customer Care Team at 01642 754000 to request an extension.
